Every module runs on our servers in London and Manchester and talks to your Rezlynx installation through the official REST API — the same endpoints Rezlynx documents publicly. We do not touch the Rezlynx database, we do not deploy anything into your property's environment, and revoking the API token stops us cold. If Rezlynx releases a Rezlynx update, our modules keep working; if we push an update, your Rezlynx stays exactly as it was.
Buy a module the way you buy a Netflix subscription: one card, one price, one property. No implementation fee, no annual commitment, no consultancy day rate. If a module stops earning its £24 back after a month, cancel it in the account area and we stop charging on the next billing cycle. Multi-property groups get a per-property price and a single invoice — VAT applied at UK rate, HMRC-compliant PDF sent on the first of each month.
Our founder ran the front office at a Cotswolds inn on Rezlynx for six years and knows exactly which reports the finance team wants at seven o'clock in the morning, why the nightly close file is always four rows off, and how much time a good arrivals digest saves the duty manager.
